Unless otherwise specified, all products are shipped by USPS.

Returns

We will accept returns on any item, for any reason as long as the following conditions are met:

• Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and must be accompanied by original packaging material and accessories. We will not accept returns after 30 days of purchase.

• Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned items unless we shipped a defective or incorrect item. In order to return an item, you must first obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA). To do so, please email faq@cleret.com with the reason for the return. You will then be provided with an RA number which must be marked clearly on the outside of the shipping carton.
